Pool Construction Process

Embark on a seamless pool construction journey with Ventana Outdoor Living, from excavation to completion. Our expert team guides you through every phase, ensuring precision, collaboration, and a stunning end result.

Week 1

During this time a blue stake is scheduled to ensure all the proper existing utilities are marked. A site layout is performed to set the exact location of the new pool.

Week 2-5

Excavation, steel, plumbing and electrical trades are assigned to your project to perform the necessary tasks. During this time, you can expect to see your designer and project manager onsite to ensure that the trades are following the plans and layout.

Week 6-8

First Inspection is scheduled, and shotcrete is then clear to come in and install concrete for the pool.

Week 9-12

Water line tile and pool coping is installed with any additional hardscape. Electrical is connected and equipment is set.

Week 12-14

Barrier Requirements are constructed and/or installed. A final inspection is scheduled and pebble tech is then clear to come in and install the pebble interior finish for the pool.
