Initial Consultation
Duration: 1-2 hours
Your consultation will be arranged with our landscape design experts, either at your home, in our office, or via Zoom for convenience. During this session, we’ll assess your project space, offer valuable feedback on design flow and options, and collaboratively establish a clear direction for your project.
To proceed with our design process, a $500 deposit is required, which is transferable to your project construction costs.
Design
Duration: 7-15 days
Experience the transformation as our landscape design experts bring your vision to life through a custom 3D design and detailed proposal, tailored to your preferences and specifications.
Material Selection
Duration: 1-2 days
At your material selection appointment, you have the opportunity to either confirm the designer’s recommendations or choose materials according to your preferences, ensuring your project reflects your unique style and vision.
Acceptance
Duration: 1-2 days
Once you approve your preliminary design and proposal, our team will prepare all required paperwork for your signature and secure a deposit, marking the next step towards bringing your vision to life.
Final Design Drafting
Duration: 10-15 days
Throughout the drafting stage, your plans undergo meticulous development for construction and permitting. The extent of this process varies based on the complexity of your project, ensuring every detail is meticulously addressed to meet your specifications and regulatory requirements.
Permitting
Duration: 25-60 days
Ventana Outdoor Living manages all necessary HOA, city, and/or county permitting for your project, streamlining the process for you. Depending on the project’s complexity and municipality wait times, this process may require varying levels of attention, ensuring compliance and smooth progression.
Construction
Duration: 15-90+ days
We will coordinate the start of your construction project. While timelines vary based on project complexity, the example timeframe provided is a guide. Your designer will offer a tailored timeframe during your initial consultation to ensure your project progresses smoothly.
