Construction process

The Ventana Landscape & Pool Construction Experience

Embark on a professional pool construction journey with Ventana Outdoor Living. From the first break of ground to the final water fill, our expert builders manage every technical phase of the project. We combine high-grade engineering with artisanal craftsmanship to deliver custom gunite pools and outdoor environments that stand the test of time.

Week 1 : Utility Marking & Site Layout

We initiate the Blue Stake process to identify and mark all existing underground utilities. Once the site is cleared, our team performs a precision layout to stake out the exact footprint of your new pool.

We coordinate the excavation, structural steel (rebar), plumbing, and electrical phases. Your dedicated Project Manager and Designer conduct frequent on-site inspections to ensure all trades are executing the plan with mathematical precision.

Following our successful first municipal inspection, we move to the Shotcrete phase. We install the high-strength concrete shell that forms the permanent structure of your swimming pool.

This is the aesthetic transformation phase. We install your waterline tile, pool coping, and custom hardscaping. Simultaneously, our technicians set the pool equipment and finalize the electrical connections for your pumps and heaters.

We install all required safety barriers (fencing/alarms) to pass the final inspection. Once cleared, we apply the PebbleTec® interior finish, providing your pool with its final, durable texture.

The finish line! We fill the pool, activate the filtration systems, and balance the water chemistry. We conclude with a final project walkthrough and a personal orientation to teach you how to operate and maintain your new backyard oasis.
